She was hired by the Executive Committee of the Board to help onboard a new Executive Director and help get a budget passed through the City Council. Most of her interactions were with the Executive Director but she made sure to keep the Executive Committee of the Board informed and reached out multiple times over the course of a months long contract to update us on steps along the way and to make sure we were happy with the end result.
