PowerWithConsulting.com has officially launched! If you’ve found yourself on the site, perhaps you are looking for some support as the leader of an organization or maybe you are ready to step-up into a new role. Maybe your organization is looking to develop a set of stretch goals for the coming year and you want to brainstorm and work with a consultant who will listen authentically to your organizations’ needs. PowerWith is the result of years of honing my own personal and professional skills and passions. Goal-setting is a constant for me and I am always working towards improving as a human, as a leader, and as a member of the global community. I also love solving problems. Have you ever had a delicate necklace get all tangled up? Well, I’m the friend who would patiently sit with that knot until it was untangled. I love a challenge and I am skilled at making step-by-step plans to make big challenges seem less scary and totally doable. Through my work with downtown improvement districts and Main Street programs, I’ve had to navigate difficult conversations with a wide-variety of stakeholders to find common ground. I am comfortable tackling conflict head-on because I understand that amazing things can be accomplished through dialog and compromise.
