There is no need to delay that important staff retreat you had planned or wait until next year to start thinking strategically. While there are myriad benefits from in-person gatherings, the recent uptick in the number of people working from home has demonstrated that it is also possible to get a lot accomplished through the use of technology. I’ve seen first-hand how thoughtfully planned meetings can go on Zoom and how authentically people can connect on the phone. I want to meet you where you are by providing support in a way that feels comfortable for you and your organization. So, it is my pleasure to offer all of my services virtually.
